It’s so simple to achieve a professional standard shave--just switch the shaver on by pushing up the button, hold the shaving head at a right angle so that both foils touch your skin simultaneously and gently apply a light pressure. Then move around your chin, neck and lower face using short, circular strokes. Easy!
To charge, just plug the shaver into the adaptor and the indicator light will come on to show it’s charging. When fully loaded, you’ll have 40 minutes usage time. After you’ve finished shaving, press the head release button to remove the head and rinse the foils under a tap to clean. Use the cleaning brush included to get rid of any stubble left in the cutters.
For the best shaving performance, use your new shaver daily for up to four weeks to allow your beard and your skin to get used to the new shaving system. For the closest shave, make sure your skin is clean (free from products such as moisturisers) and dry; make sure both foils are touching the skin and are under equal pressure; and use short, circular movements to tackle more stubborn areas, like the chin, for a smoother result. If it is more convenient for you to collect from our Don Street store, placing your order before 5pm will ensure your good(s) are ready for collection the following day. *Due to size and weight constraints Range Cookers and American Style Fridge Freezers incur a delivery charge of £79.99.
Disposal of an old American Style Fridge Freezer will incur a £30 charge, disposal of a standard sized fridge freezer will incur a £14.99 charge.

As our delivery team for these larger appliances is sourced externally, we cannot guarantee your chosen date will be available but will liaise and confirm with you when would be most convenient. If you have purchased an American Style Fridge Freezer with a dispenser that needs to be connected up to the plumbing we can supply a plumber to do this, however, this would incur an additional charge.
Integrated appliances can be delivered any day Monday - Saturday, however if requiring installation, this is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For this integrated installation service there is a charge of £79.99 per appliance.
We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.
If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.

All you have to do is return the item/s to us or we can arrange this on your behalf, normally within 5 days at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund or a replacement if preferred.
