Installation from £4.99 and disposal £14.99

We’ll take the strain on the day we deliver by getting your new appliance up and running and disposing of your old appliance.

Washing Machine / Washer Dryer Installation

Here's what we'll do:

  • Check existing electrical and plumbing connections are safe within 1.5 metres of your new appliance.
  • Disconnect your existing appliance, unwrap and check your new one.
  • Connect your new appliance to the electricity, mains water and waste.
  • Test there are no leaks and that the appliance is level and fully operational.
  • Take away your old appliance and packaging to be recycled if requested.
  • Make sure you are happy with the installation.

Here’s what we don’t do:

  • Make any alternations to existing electrical connections
  • Connect your appliance if there is no plug socket within 1.5 metres

TV Installation

Here’s what we will do

  • Disconnect the existing TV, unpack and check your new TV and stand.
  • Set up your new TV and auto tune it to the available channels.
  • If you have bought a stand, we’ll assemble it.
  • Connect your TV to other devices such as a Blu-ray player and games console, then tidy the cables. (Make sure you have the necessary cables: SCART, AVI HDMI etc. If it’s a Smart TV.) 
  • If it’s a Smart TV, set it up to your existing network (You will need an existing internet connection and your new TV either has built-in Wi-Fi or you have purchased the compatible dongle.)
  • Give you a demo of the main features.
  • Take away your old TV and packaging for recycling if you’d like us to.
  • Make sure you are happy with the installation

What we don’t do:

  • We won’t install/remove wall brackets and mount the TV. However, we can organise a third party company to do so.

Freestanding Electric Cooker

Here's what we'll do:

  • Check the area where the cooker will be installed is suitable and electrical connections meet legal requirements.
  • Disconnect the existing cooker, unwrap and check the new product.
  • Connect the new cooker and make sure it’s fully operational.
  • Give you a quick demo of the cooker and its settings, then provide you with a copy of the Electric Appliance Installation Certificate.
  • Take your old cooker and packaging away to be recycled, if requested.
  • Make sure you are happy with the installation.

Before we arrive, you will need to:

  • Make sure access is clear to the area you want your appliance installed.
  • The appliance will fit into the space.
  • There is a suitable electrical connection within 1.5 metres.
