EHC 500W DSR Solaris Electric Heater

The Solaris is a modern, slim, stylish and carefully sized Convector Heater which has been designed with a gentle curved front that will enhance any room within the home whilst providing a quick and responsive heating experience. It is manufactured using high grade 100% recyclable Aluminium. The front air outlet located at the top of the Heater ensures that the heat emitted is pushed into the room to prevent hotspots and wasted energy at ceiling height. This feature also prevents scorch marks to protect your decor.

The heat source is provided by high quality elements located at the base of the Heater and within the refractory ceramic blocks which also generate high thermal inertia for a fast response and added comfort. It can also be used as a free standing Heater with the optional Feet (sold separately).

The heater is supplied with a 13A UK Plug and can be simply plugged in for a DIY installation, or alternatively it can be spur wired to the Heating circuit.

DSR Manual Controller

Each heater has its own in-built State of the Art easy to use Digital Time & Temperature Programmer which can be controlled manually.

The program supports a 7 day heating cycle with 1 hour time increments with the ability to utilise three different temperature levels i.e. Comfort, Economy, Frost which are accurate to 0.1°. Additionally you can simply use the +/- buttons to manually increase and decrease the temperature to your desired setting for 1.5 hours and thereafter the Heater will automatically revert back to your original program settings.

DSR Smart Control APP

If you purchase the optional EHC Smart Gateway you can take advantage of the in-built Wi-Fi ready capability and Control your heaters wirelessly via EHC's free APP Anywhere, Anytime 24/7. You are able to program your heaters individually or in groups up to a maximum of 30 Heaters. The DSR Control APP has many features designed to enhance your comfort levels and provide essential information regarding your heating system. There is also an optional Power Meter Clamp available for Load Shedding Control.

If you connect your Heater with an Amazon Echo product, you can use various voice commands to ask Alexa to adjust the temperature of your home without leaving the comfort of your chair.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.

If you have a valid driving license you are welcome to use our courtesy van free of charge (subject to availability).

Returns

In the event that you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.

That's why we offer a 28 day no-fuss returns policy from the moment you receive your order.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund in the form of a Powerhouse gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of the following:

• a product which has been personalised for you e.g. custom specification
• computer software that has been opened
• hair care or dental care that has been opened
• in ear headphones that have been opened

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
