Ruark R810 High Fidelity Radiogram, Fused Walnut

Alongside the iconic radiograms of yesteryear, R810 has been designed to enhance your life and home. With its outstanding connectivity and sound, R810 is fully capable of being the focal point for all your home entertainment needs. Also like a fine piece of furniture R810 is an object that you will be proud to display in your home and a product that you will cherish and enjoy for years to come Not all instruments are created the same and the best are crafted by artisans who understand the importance of materials and techniques in creating instruments that are beautiful to play and hear. The enjoyment of music is one of life’s greatest pleasures and like the finest instruments, R810 has been designed and crafted to deliver stunning sound that will connect you closer to the music you love An Object to Desire Like the iconic radiograms of yesteryear, R810 is a product that has been designed to be seen. Enhancing R810’s aesthetics is the special material we’ve selected for the handcrafted grille and veneered cabinets. Made from sustainable woods that are spliced and reconstituted, the resulting grain patterns closely resemble slow-growing hardwoods but without the ecological impact. Combined with the precision formed trims and polished chrome stand, R810 radiates sophistication and like the finest furniture, it is an object that you will cherish and be proud to have on display in your home A Beautiful Display Many systems today rely totally on smartphones and suchlike to provide information on settings and source, but with R810 the hi-resolution display provides all the information you need right in front of you and brings the look of R810 to life. With its portrait orientation the display intentionally emulates the way we view music applications on our phones and in conjunction with our new RotoDial controller makes R810 second nature to use. The intensity of the display in standby and active mode is also fully adjustable to suit your needs What Lies Beneath We’re passionate about aesthetic design, but we know that it’s what lies beneath that is fundamental in creating great sound. An example of this is R810’s enclosure where inside it has been carefully divided into compartments, each which have been optimised for their intended task. Twin bass reflex compartments house our NS+ bass-midrange units and silk dome tweeters and the long throw subwoofer is housed beneath, in an infinite baffle enclosure for superbly controlled and extended bass. Driving the system is a powerful five channel Class A-B discrete component amplifier. Five separate channels means that we can precisely control the response of each drive unit and with the latest sound processing technologies, music is produced with effortless ease with a stunning soundstage that will immerse you and fill your home with exquisite sound Specifications Audio Frequency response: 30Hz - 22kHz Speaker units: 2 × Ruark 27mm silk dome tweeters, 2 × Ruark 100mm NS+ bass-mid units, 1 × Ruark 200mm long throw subwoofer Amplifier: 180W RMS Discrete 5-channel Class A-B Enhancements: Adjustable treble, bass and sub settings, Stereo+ audio enhancement, Adaptive EQ provides ideal sound according to volume Cabinet type: Tuned reflex stereo enclosures and sealed subwoofer enclosure Features Controller: Ruark RotoDial control system Remote Control: RotoDial BT LE rechargeable remote Display: Hi-Res 4" colour TFT Presets: 20 Global presets App Control: Via Spotify, BBC Sounds and more Auto-Standby: Adjustable power saving mode Adjustable Input Levels: Line-in and optical USB Charge Port: USB-C 5V 1A (5W) Software Updates: Over-the-air and USB User Interface Languages: Multilingual Connectivity Radio: Internet Radio, DAB/DAB+ and FM with RDS (87.5-108MHz) Multiroom capable: Via Apple AirPlay and Chromecast built-in Wi-Fi: 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, WPS2, WEP, WPA, WPA2 Streaming: Apple AirPlay and Google Chromecast built-in Built-in music services: Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect Supported music services: Amazon Music, BBC Sounds, Deezer, Qobuz and many more Bluetooth: 5.1, aptX HD, SBC, AAC, BLE, A2DP Ethernet: RJ45 connector 10/100 Mbps DLNA: UPnP DLNA media server compatible CD player: CD playback via external USB CD drive (optional) HDMI: ARC and eARC Line-input: Stereo RCA input (up to 2.3Vrms) Turntable input: Stereo RCA input with RIAA MM phono gain stage Optical input: TOSLINK digital input up to 24-bit 192kHz USB-C: playback port Aerial Connector :75Ω F-type Supported Audio Formats MP3: up to 48kHz 320kbps AAC: formats up to 96kHz 320kbps FLAC, ALAC and WAV: up to 32-bit 384kHz WMA: formats up to 48kHz 320kbps WMA 9: up to 48kHz 256kbps
