Whether you want ultra-crunchy or softer slices, bread can be toasted to suit a wide range of tastes thanks to 6 variable browning levels and 3 illuminated pre-set programs, for reheating, defrosting and bagels. The slots have a variable width which can accommodate a variety of bread thicknesses

The reheat button will warm through those forgotten slices, if you store your bread in the freezer, the defrost function will quickly thaw your bread and toast it to perfection! If you're partial to a bagel, or even cheese on toast, the bagel function browns just one side of the bread without toasting the other. Keeping the TSF01 clean is very easy, as there is a fully removable stainless steel crumb tray in the base

For all orders* placed from Monday to Saturday before 18:00, we can provide next-working-day delivery, and the best part is, it's absolutely free of charge. Our commitment to delivering your purchases promptly is paramount, and we aim to make your shopping experience hassle-free.During peak seasons and busy periods, we go the extra mile to increase our delivery capacity to meet the demand. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, next day delivery may not be possible during exceptionally busy periods. However, please rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimising any inconvenience and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.

If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.

If you have a valid driving license you are welcome to use our courtesy van free of charge (subject to availability).

Returns

In the event that you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.

That's why we offer a 28 day no-fuss returns policy from the moment you receive your order.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund in the form of a Powerhouse gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of the following:

  • a product which has been personalised for you e.g. custom specification
  • computer software that has been opened
  • hair care or dental care that has been opened
  • in ear headphones that have been opened

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
