We will exchange your product or provide a gift card store credit if you are not happy with the product and return it within 30 days of purchase, providing the item is returned in the same condition it was sold in.
Items not in their original condition i.e. opened, unsealed will incur a 20% restocking fee.
The product will need to be inspected before we offer an exchange or credit.
Incomplete unwanted items will not be accepted for refund.
Any item that develops a manufacturer’s defect while under guarantee will be repaired or replaced under the Terms and Conditions of the guarantee.
The repair process will be undertaken by the manufacturer’s appointed repair agent. This often takes up to four weeks. In some circumstances this may take six weeks.
Manufacturers automatically provide a minimum one-year guarantee for your new product, some manufacturers provide a longer guarantee.
Some manufacturers provide an extended warranty for free if you register your new product with them. This can often be done online.
You can obtain an extended warranty from us within the first 12 months. Simply ask a Sales Adviser for details.
Please retain your receipt, as proof of purchase is needed for exchange or any claim under a guarantee.
If you have any questions or concerns about a service offered by the Powerhouse, a Customer Care Adviser will endeavour to resolve it straight away. If for any reason they are unable to deal with your concern immediately, they will personally respond within an agreed time limit.
