Igenix 2000W Convector Heater

The Igenix IG5200 Convector Heater is an ideal solution for heating a room where there is no heat or where there is a need to keep the chill off, such as a conservatory, extension to your home, garage, outbuilding, mobile home or caravan.

Convectors are a great alternative to a fan heater when it comes to heating a room. As an example, convectors are an ideal low cost heating solution when you build an extension to your house as they can simply be mounted to the wall with the brackets provided and plugged in. A far easier option rather than extending the central heating system. Its heat output of 2kW provides a gentle heat creating silent comfortable warmth.

This convector can either be mounted or freestanding, so it has the capability to be used either a fixed heating solution or mobile, as it can be moved from room to room depending on your needs.

The adjustable thermostat and 3 heat settings allows you to choose your required temperature. It also features frost protection, keeping the room at a sensible level and an over-heat shut off feature should the heater get too hot, providing additional safety and piece of mind.

We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.

If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.

Returns

In the event that you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.

That's why we offer a 28 day no-fuss returns policy from the moment you receive your order.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund in the form of a Powerhouse gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of the following:

• a product which has been personalised for you e.g. custom specification
• computer software that has been opened
• hair care or dental care that has been opened
• in ear headphones that have been opened

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
