The Gazelle Ultimate C380 is a premium trekking eBike built for riders who want effortless everyday comfort without sacrificing performance. Its refined aluminium frame, upright yet active riding position and 80mm air suspension fork make it equally at home on daily commutes, longer leisure rides and mixed-surface touring, while the wide Schwalbe tyres help keep the ride smooth and composed.

Bosch’s powerful Performance Line PX motor delivers up to 90Nm of torque, paired with an integrated battery for strong, natural assistance on hills and longer journeys. Instead of conventional derailleur gears, the Ultimate C380 uses an Enviolo stepless hub and Gates CDX carbon belt, giving beautifully smooth gear changes with far less day-to-day maintenance.

Add in four-piston Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, a suspension seatpost, Kiox 500 colour display, integrated lighting and a MIK HD rear carrier, and the Ultimate C380 becomes the kind of eBike that feels luxurious, capable and incredibly easy to live with — whether you’re commuting across town or disappearing for a full day’s ride.

We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.

If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.

 

Returns

In the event that you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.

That's why we offer a 28 day no-fuss returns policy from the moment you receive your order.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund in the form of a Powerhouse gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of the following:

  • a product which has been personalised for you e.g. custom specification
  • computer software that has been opened
  • hair care or dental care that has been opened
  • in ear headphones that have been opened

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
