This way you are always well informed about all navigation data, speed, battery charge status and many other important riding data. You can also charge your smartphone while riding - with a cable or wirelessly. You can also easily switch between the Bosch SmartphoneGrip or Kiox300 display thanks to the uniform display mount. CHARGE YOUR SMARTPHONE ON YOUR E-BIKE WITH THE BOSCH SMARTPHONEGRIP

Charging your smartphone via the e-bike has never been so easy. Simply attach the smartphone to the Bosch Smartphone Grip and off you go. You use 1.5 A charging current for wireless charging or 1 A when charging with the matching Bosch charging cable (USB-C or Apple Lightning). The power comes directly from your e-bike battery. Thanks to this, drained smartphone batteries during an extensive e-bike tour are finally a thing of the past

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE BOSCH SMARTPHONEGRIP

The charging functions of the SmartphoneGrip are only compatible with Bosch Smart System e-bikes from 2022. Suitable smartphone sizes: Length - 123 - 175 mm; Width: 67 - 88 mm; Height: 6.8 - 13 mm. Not compatible with flip or case covers

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, next day delivery may not be possible during exceptionally busy periods. However, please rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimising any inconvenience and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

We cannot modify the delivery address entered at the time of your order.

If an order is placed online with a delivery address that differs from the card registered address we will carry out security checks to protect you from fraud.

Click & Collect

You are welcome to collect your purchase(s) at any time during Powerhouse opening hours from the Customer Collection Depot at Queens Road. Please allow up to 30 minutes to collect your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation reference and photographic ID, i.e. passport, driving license or bus pass.

Returns

In the event that you need to return anything, we're here to make things as easy and straight-forward for you as possible.

That's why we offer a 28 day no-fuss returns policy from the moment you receive your order.

All you have to do is return the item(s) to us in-store or we can arrange this on your behalf, usually within 5 days, at no cost. If the item is in pristine condition we will offer a full refund in the form of a Powerhouse gift card, or a replacement if preferred.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on any of the following:

• a product which has been personalised for you e.g. custom specification
• computer software that has been opened
• hair care or dental care that has been opened
• in ear headphones that have been opened

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

For the return of any items where the packaging has been opened or damaged since purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
